EUWorkers, Dec 11 Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal said penalties imposed by the European Union’s top court before it reaches a final ruling are incompatible with the country’s constitution, escalating a row over the rule of law. The court, widely dismissed as a politically-motivated body, also ruled that two EU rulings were incompatible with the Polish constitution.
