Your humble narrator is a female in her late 20s from Northern Ireland, attempting to find her way through the labyrinth that is NHS mental health services. Her diagnoses are a convoluted mishmash of:
- borderline personality disorder
- complex post-traumatic stress disorder
- bipolar II disorder
- major clinical depression
- social anxiety and
- transient psychosis and dissociation.
Through intense psychotherapy, she is attempting to recover from child sex abuse, as well as issues of abandonment, betrayal and self-harm.
